  • Poop On The Table

More often than you might think, moving things forward in your relationship or in your Team is most effectively done through putting the 'Poop' on the table. Being painfully and consciously exactly where you are gives you the power to take the precise steps needed to be somewhere completely different.

"Digging through the mud to get to the sky." -Lee Lozowick.

  • The Reason for Poop

    WHAT IS THE POOP

It requires tremendous courage to face into the psychotechnology question of 'What is Poop and what is not Poop'?

The reason it takes courage is that you might find an answer that reveals there is a lot more Poop than your previousely realized.

Whole relationships, businesses, religions, and countries are currently founded on 'Poop', and yet behave as if they are founded on something real, something accurately correlating with Radical Reality.

For this reason, we recommend starting your Poop Rescinding Process at the level of the 'smaller Poops'.

THE POOP IS NOT THE CAUSE

  • The Cause of the Show

    FUNDAMENTAL EXISTENTIAL TERROR

You faught to create your Show.

Who would you be without it?

  • The Show Process

THE SHOW - A POSSIBILITY MANAGEMENT PROCESS

THE SHOW is not merely pretending. THE SHOW is a survival technology.

It is a performative identity who learned:

“If I can look like I am doing the right thing, I might be safe, admired, included, approved of, initiated, loved, or not exposed.”

This process does not shame you. It is a Space to let the Being see the costume.

THE SHOW is not the Being.

THE SHOW is a performed character operated by Gremlin using captured Will.

Your affected personality is not 'fake'. It is a real personality. But it is a 'persona', which means, a 'mask'.

You are identified with a performance that once helped you survive.

We are not her to attack your SHOW.

We are here to differentiate you from your SHOW.

If the spaceholder honors THE SHOW as an old protector, the person can begin differentiating.

A 30-minute process for differentiating your Being from your performative character.

Purpose: To allow a person to discover they can stop performing and still exist.

It can feel like you are Hitting Bottom.

THE SHOW says: “If I stop performing, I disappear.”

The Process offers and alternative: “If I stop performing, I arrive.”

Setup: Sitting in Teams of 3 people. Bucket, tissues, and Red Cloth available.

    A Spaceholder holds the field.

A Coach coaches the Possibilitator from the side.

    The Client consents clearly.

    The Spaceholder says:

“This is not about humiliating you. This is not about proving that you are fake. This is about giving you a doorway to discover who is here when the performance stops.”

The coach watches for shame. Shame will try to hijack the process. Shame says, “I am bad because I perform.” That is just another show.

The process must keep returning to:

“Thank you, SHOW. You helped. Now please step aside for one breath.”

    30 MINUTE PROCESS STRUCTURE

0–3 minutes: Establish consent and safety

    Possibilitator asks:

“What do you call the character you perform when you try to succeed here?”

    Examples:

    • The Good Student.
    • The Initiated One.
    • The Deep Woman.
    • The Responsible Man.
    • The Spiritual One.
    • The Cool Edgeworker.
    • The Perfect Trainer.
    • The Humble Servant.
    • The Wild Free One.
    • The One Who Already Got It.

    Possibilitator says:

“Are you willing to study this Survival Strategy character without attacking it?”

    3–8 minutes:

Let's put THE SHOW on stage

Ask the Client to stand in one physical spot. This is The Stage.

    Possibilitator says:

“Let THE SHOW speak for one minute. Exaggerate it by 10%. Do not mock it. Let it do what it does.”

    Prompt:

“What does THE SHOW want people to think about you?”

Participant answers in first person as THE SHOW:

    • “I want them to think I am awake.”
    • “I want them to think I am not needy.”
    • “I want them to think I belong.”
    • “I want them to think I am useful.”
    • “I want them to think I am not ordinary.”
    • “I want them to think I understand Archiarchy.”
    • “I want them to think I am already adult.”

    This is often shocking.

    8–12 minutes: Identify the payoff

    Coach asks:

“What does THE SHOW get for you?”

    Not morally. Practically.

    • Approval?
    • Avoiding correction?
    • Avoiding loneliness?
    • Avoiding not knowing?
    • Avoiding shame?
    • Avoiding direct contact?
    • Getting status?
    • Getting belonging?
    • Avoiding being ordinary?
    • Avoiding being a beginner?

    Then ask:

“What feeling does THE SHOW help you avoid?”

    Usually fear, sadness, or anger.

This is where the process starts going below performance.

    12–16 minutes: Thank THE SHOW

    This is crucial.

The participant turns toward the Stage spot and says:

“Thank you, SHOW, for trying to protect me by…”

    Examples:

    • “Thank you for trying to protect me by looking competent.”
    • “Thank you for trying to protect me by acting initiated.”
    • “Thank you for trying to protect me by being impressive.”
    • “Thank you for trying to protect me by being invisible.”
    • “Thank you for trying to protect me by being useful.”

    Then:

“You are not bad. You are just not me.”

16–21 minutes: Step off the stage

Create a second physical spot one or two meters away. This is The Bottom.

Not a dramatic bottom. A plain bottom.

The participant physically steps out of the Stage spot into The Bottom spot.

    The coach slows everything down.

    Prompt:

    • “Do not say anything impressive.”
    • “Do not explain.”
    • “Do not make eye contact to get approval.”
    • “Let your face do nothing.”
    • “Let your hands do nothing.”
    • “Feel your feet.”
    • “What is here now?”

    The participant may say:

    • “Nothing.”
    • “I don’t know.”
    • “I feel scared.”
    • “I feel empty.”
    • “I feel stupid.”
    • “I want to go back.”
    • “I feel sad.”
    • “I feel relieved.”

    Coach says:

“Stay with it. Let it get bigger. Let the sounds out..”

This is the small Hit Bottom.

Not collapse. Not shame. Not drama.

Just: “I am here without THE SHOW.”

21–25 minutes: Let the Being make one small move.

Coach asks: “From this place, without performing, what is one true sentence?”

    Examples:

    • “I am scared.”
    • “I don’t know how to belong without performing.”
    • “I want connection.”
    • “I am tired.”
    • “I copied things because I wanted to be loved.”
    • “I want to learn real skills.”
    • “I don’t want to pretend anymore.”
    • “I need help.”

Then: “What is one real offer you can make from here? Not impressive. Real."

    Client says:

    • “I can listen.”
    • “I can ask for coaching.”
    • “I can tell the truth when I am performing.”
    • “I can join a practice space as a beginner.”
    • “I can clean the kitchen.”
    • “I can make one clear request.”
    • “I can stop giving advice for one week.”
    • “I can create something small and actual.”
    • This is the beginning of Creation after THE SHOW.

    25–30 minutes: Anchor the experiment

The Client chooses a 7-day experiment:

"For 7 days, I will notice when THE SHOW comes on stage. I will not attack it. I will say internally, “Thank you, SHOW. Step aside for one breath.” Then I will make one real move.

Client writes down in their Beep! Book:

    • My SHOW is called: ______
    • It tries to get me: ______
    • It helps me avoid feeling: ______
    • When I step offstage, I find: ______
    • My one real move this week is: ______

    The Possibilitator closes:

“You are NOT required to never perform again. You are invited to Notice sooner, step offstage sooner, and build enough Matrix that your Being no longer needs THE SHOW to survive.”

    Here are further Coaching comments:

    • “Do not improve this.”
    • “That was THE SHOW speaking. Thank you. Now what is true?”
    • “Say it with 30% less performance.”
    • “Let your performance face drop away and stop helping you.”
    • “Let your hands stop explaining.”
    • “There is no need to be interesting right now.”
    • “Being ordinary is a Doorway out of THE SHOW.”
    • “The terror you feel is not danger. It is withdrawal from performance.”
    • “You are not disappearing. You are arriving.”

The central danger is that the Box / Gremlin may try to create a new SHOW called:

“Look how authentically I stepped out of THE SHOW.”

So the Possibilitator keeps Scanning for the second-layer performance. If it happens, say lightly:

“Ah. THE SHOW has put on an 'Authenticity' costume. Good noticing. Step off again.”

    No shame. Just precision.

THE SHOW is a performative Identity used to gain belonging, status, safety, or approval.

THE SHOW is not wrong. It saved your life. It was once intelligent protection.

Now you are no longer in those circumstances where the Survival Strategy is necessary. You are a free Being.

But if you are in THE SHOW, you are blocked from Authenticity Presence.

    Aliveness wants:

    • Relating, not performing.
    • Creation, not image management.
    • Practice, not imitation.
    • Invention, not linearity.

A number of symptoms suggest that you might be imprisoned in THE SHOW:

    • You sound right but feel far away.
    • You perform vulnerability but do not become vulnerable.
    • You copy new-paradigm language without consequence.
    • You need witnesses.
    • You fear being ordinary.
    • You cannot ask beginner questions.
    • You subtly fish for approval.
    • You collapse when nobody sees you or applauds. Who are you if no one sees how amazing you are?

The Doorway to other Spaces is to Hit Bottom: discover you exist without the performance.

  • The Poop ends by discovering that being real is more nourishing than being convincing.

It is a doorway to experiments that upgrade your thoughtware so you can relocate your point of origin and create more possibility. Your knowledge is what you think about. Your thoughtware is what you use to think with. When you change your thoughtware, you go through a liquid state as your mind reorganizes itself. Liquid states can bring up transformational feelings and emotions. By upgrading your thoughtware you build matrix to hold more consciousness and leave behind a low drama life of reactivity. No one can upgrade your thoughtware for you. More interestingly, no one can stop you from upgrading your thoughtware. Our theory is that when we collectively build 1,000,000 new Matrix Points we will change the morphogenetic field of the human race for the better. Please choose responsibly to read this website.
